The problem

You did the work. The invoice is late.

Now the client is slow to reply, or not replying at all. And every message you start feels either too soft or too harsh.

  1. 01

You're not sure what to write.

Every reminder starts as a blank email.

  2. 02

You don't want to sound aggressive.

Too soft gets ignored. Too firm feels like burning a bridge.

  3. 03

    Tracking it all takes time.

Invoices, due dates, and follow-ups live in your head and your inbox.

  4. 04

You'd like to keep the client.

You want to be paid without losing the relationship.

PaidUpNow gives you the words, the timing, and a simple way to keep track.

When they reply, the guide helps you decide.

  • Wait

They've given you a specific date, it hasn't passed, and they've been responsive.

  • Negotiate

They agree they owe it but can't pay it all now.

  • Pause work

You're still working for them, the invoice is at least 14 days late, and there's no payment date or plan. Check your contract first.

  • Talk to a lawyer

The deadline in Email 7 passed with no reply, they dispute the work, or you're considering any formal step.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this legal advice?

No. PaidUpNow is a set of templates and guidance written for freelancers, not legal advice. Rules vary by state. Have a lawyer review the Final Notice, and any agreement for a larger amount, before you use them.

Does it guarantee I'll get paid?

No. No template can guarantee that a client will pay. The kit helps you send the right message at the right time, keep a clear record, and know your options.

What formats are the files?

The Quick-Start Guide is a PDF. The emails, scripts, notice, and agreements are editable Word documents (.docx). The Invoice Tracker is an Excel file (.xlsx).

Do I need special software?

No. The .docx files open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Apple Pages. The tracker opens in Excel.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. Every template is editable. Fields in [square brackets] show what to replace.

Does it work in my state?

The templates are written for freelancers across the US and don't rely on any one state's rules. Rules on late fees, interest, and collecting payment vary by state, so check your contract and talk to a lawyer before any formal step.

How do I get the files?

After checkout, Lemon Squeezy gives you access to download the files. [CONFIRM in Lemon Squeezy: download page and email receipt]

Is it a subscription?

No. It's a one-time payment of $19.

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final, so we don't offer refunds. You can preview real excerpts of the templates before you buy. If you have trouble downloading or opening a file, email us at paidupnow@outlook.com and we'll help. Details are in our refund policy.

How do I contact you?
